ORDER PROCESSING
We do our best to process and ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it (during the work week). This is an estimate as we cannot predict order volumes. If we are able to ship quicker then 72 hours - we will do it! Occasionally, it does take us longer. If you have an urgent need - please email us to see if we can help you out. Shipping time is in addition to order processing time of 72 hours. You will receive an email once we receive you order. If for some reason there is a delay - we will notify you by email of the expected ship date. (Keep in mind that we are on Eastern Standard Time and typically our day runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Around the fall holidays the processing time may increase as order volumes increase.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Actual transit time after we have shipped your order will depend on the carrier and shipping option that you select. We will email you once we have processed your order for shipping with a tracking number for your selected carrier. You can follow your package shipping updates on your selected carriers website.
WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPORTING ONLY TO CANADA.
Please note that shipping rates offered via our store are calculated using the US Postal mail service.
We do not profit from shipping rates.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME.
Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. At that point you can select the option that fits your needs.
